Khalistani Terrorists: Canada-based Arshdeep Singh Gill, who is involved in target killing, giving money for terrorist activities and extortion in Punjab, has been declared a terrorist by the Central Government. In a notification, the Union Home Ministry said Gill alias Arsh Dalla, born in Punjab and settled in Canada, is involved in cross-border smuggling of drugs and weapons on a large scale.
