7th Pay Commission: Good news has come for the central employees before Diwali. Earlier the government increased dearness allowance from 34 percent to 4 percent to 38 percent. And now the government has increased the Dearness Relief (DR) by 4% for central government employees with effect from July 1, 2022. As per the Office Memorandum (OM) of the Department of Pensions and Pensioners' Welfare, now the DR has been increased to 38%.
